By profession, Mr. Ashmead J. Ali is an Accountant, General Contractor and a Property Manager. His extensive knowledge and experience as a leader and manager stems from over thirty years of experience dealing in the service industry.  He is also a very charitable person and heavily involved in community service. The business is family oriented as he comes from humble beginnings.

Our Tobago business started with our flagship property Villa Ruhel – Villa Cluster 56C in the year 2007. All our properties are located on the Tobago Plantations Estate because of its accessibility, convenient location, as well as, it highlights the beauty of our sister isle, Tobago.

This is a husband and wife team.  Nadeira works alongside her husband Ashmead to ensure that logistics, administration and all other areas pertinent to the properties are met.

She is an insurance agent by profession, with several years experience in the industry and a Director of other entities. Her professional experiences include the insurance industry, travel industry and she is a ‘people person.’

As my father always said and I maintain the same in all my professional dealings, “We may not be the biggest but we aim to be the best in terms of quality service.”
